With your thoughts, feelings and imagination you create your world. I am not only intellectually convinced that this is true; I have also experienced it in my own life.
We all know “bad days”: we already get out of our bed on the wrong foot, and then one mishap follows the other. All along we think: “what bad thing will happen next?” This negativity creates a kind of snowball effect, and you can be sure that you will spill out your coffee over important documents or stumble and fall on your way home.
Recently I had such a day – until I talked to a heart friend and everything turned around. I willingly changed my mindset, painted a smile on my face (remember? “fake it till you make it” ;-) and focused on little things that made me feel good. That day continued in a very good way :-)
Be careful of what you think and where you put your attention. Is that how you want your day to be? Is that how you want your life to be?
