Man, i alla fall jag, behöver alltid bli påmind om att göra de här sakerna, som t ex den medvetna andningen.

As you breathe, think of life moving in and out of your body. Your breath refreshes and recharges your space and all your energy systems.

Most of our breathing happens automatically. Rightfully so, since breathing is what keeps us alive.  

However, it is very refreshing to stop and breathe consciously. Meditation is one golden occasion, but mindful breathing can be included in your daily routines in an easier way. On a regular basis  – perhaps every time the phone rings or you open a door – just stop whatever you’re doing and follow your breath.

Breathe in, all the way down to your toes. Hold it for a second, and then slowly breathe out. Feel the breath of Life moving in and out of your body. Feel how it fills you with energy and recharges your system. 

Enjoy being part of the movement of Life, where we are all connected.
